Our Warranty

  • Installation and Workmanship: Warranted by Donald Flooring Contract Sales Ltd. for 1 year from the date of substantial completion.
  • Defective Workmanship: The 1 year warranty covers issues arising from proven mistakes, errors, or substandard craftsmanship in the installation process.
  • Repair or Replacement Costs: For defects in the product, Donald Floors will work with you to engage the manufacturer and follow their warranty terms. Donald Flooring is responsible for investigating any installation issues and repairing or replacing the faulty work at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Exemptions:
    Flooring products and materials are warranted by the specific product manufacturers.
  • Tile and Stone products do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Donald Flooring warrants the installation and workmanship for 1 year from the date of substantial completion.
